What will happen to your current subscription?
Your current SKY Fiber service will be upgraded to faster speeds, with a minimal or no increase in your monthly service fee.

- Authorized SKY representatives will be in your area for home visits to replace your current modem with upgraded equipment at no additional cost. Our team will reach out to you on the final schedule of visit depending on your area.
- Your SKY account will remain active, and services will continue as usual until the network upgrade is completed. To avail of the FREE upgrade and avoid any service interruptions, please ensure your account remains in good credit standing by fully settling your bill on time.
- After your upgrade, any existing add-on subscriptions and discounts will be discontinued and will no longer be applied to your bill.

About the Commercial Agreement
What is the commercial arrangement between SKY and Converge about?
SKY Cable Corp. has entered into a commercial arrangement with leading Philippine fiber broadband provider Converge Information and Communications Technology Solutions, Inc. that will enable SKY to upgrade its network and improve services to its subscribers.
This arrangement allows SKY to use the fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) network of Converge, allowing SKY’s customers to experience access to broadband plans with faster speeds and more reliable internet service.About the Upgrade
Who are qualified for the free upgrade?
Only active SKY subscribers with no overdue balance are qualified for the FREE upgrade.
If you have any outstanding balance or unpaid arrears, we encourage you to fully settle any arrears as soon as possible to qualify for this free upgrade.When will my equipment be upgraded?
Do I need to pay anything for the technology upgrade?
No, you don’t need to pay anything for the equipment upgrade or modem installation. There are no upfront or installation fees. Any authorized SKY representative will not ask for payment, as the equipment upgrade is FREE. If a SKY representative or contractor requests payment for the equipment upgrade, please report them to SKY via KYLA at mysky.com.ph/message-us.
What will happen if I don't avail of the technology upgrade?
As SKY transitions to a pure fiber-to-the-home network, the equipment upgrade is required to continue accessing our services. If you choose not to avail of the upgrade, your service will end on or before March 15, 2025.

Who will bill me for my SKY service after the upgrade?
