5. To avail of the Mang Inasal E-GC promo, interested subscribers should submit the following requirements:
   1. Duly filled-up and signed Service Application Form
   2. Photocopy of valid ID (original to be presented)

6. Mang Inasal E-GC will be released on the following dates:
