GENERAL MECHANICS

  1. The promo is open to all new and existing SKY subscribers with an active residential account in good credit standing.
  2. Eligible SKY subscribers will be entitled to a free trial of the SKY BLAST ALL-ACCESS PASS for three (3) months.
  3. The free trial period begins on the day the free trial voucher is successfully redeemed upon checkout. At the end of the free trial period, the account will automatically renew, and the BlastTV regular subscription fee will be charged to the SKY bill. To cancel auto-renewal, subscribers can visit: mysky.com.ph/blasttv.
  4. The free trial for the SKY BLAST ALL-ACCESS PASS cannot be cancelled once redeemed.
  5. Accounts that become Temporarily Disconnected (TD) will lose access to the free trial. Upon reconnection, access to the free trial will be reinstated for the remaining trial period. Accounts that become Permanently Disconnected (PD) will no longer have access to the free trial.
  6. Free trial voucher codes can be claimed until August 31, 2024, and are valid for redemption until October 31, 2024.
  7. The promo can only be redeemed once per account.
  8. The promo is not convertible to cash and is non-refundable.
  9. This promo is valid in conjunction with other SKY promos.
  10. Employees, affiliates, and third-party agencies of Sky Cable Corp and Tap, as well as their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity and affinity, are disqualified from participating in the promo.

Am I eligible for the free trial?
SKY subscribers with active, current cable and/or fiber plans are eligible for the free trial.
What happens when the free trial expires?
Your account will automatically be billed at ₱199/month. This will reflect on your next SKY bill.
Can I cancel my free trial?
No, the free trial can’t be canceled. Please continue to enjoy your exclusive free 3-month trial from SKY. SKY will send out reminders a few days before your trial period ends reminding you that your BlastTV subscription will renew automatically.
I do not wish to auto-renew. Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you may cancel your subscription anytime here if you no longer wish to continue your BlastTV subscription.
My account was recently disconnected, can I still continue my free trial?
If your account is Temporarily Disconnected (TD), you will lose access to the free trial. Once payment is made and your account is reconnected, your access to the free trial will be activated again with the same expiration date.
If my account becomes Permanently Disconnected (PD) will I still have access to the trial?
No, so always keep your account current so you can fully enjoy the free trial.
I have two account numbers with SKY, one for cable and one for broadband, does this mean I get to enjoy 2 free trials?
No. The free trial promo can only be redeemed once per customer account.
I got a prompt saying that I have an active subscription on my account but I haven’t received my voucher. How can I request for a voucher resend?
