ABS-CBN Corporation and PLDT have mutually decided not to proceed with the sale of SKY to PLDT under the Sale and Purchase Agreement signed by and among the parties in March 2023.
Following this development, SKY is pleased to announce that its cable TV service will continue beyond February 26, 2024, assuring its subscribers that they can maintain their subscriptions. Meanwhile, SKY's broadband internet service, SKY Fiber remains unaffected.
We thank all our SKY subscribers for their continued patronage and support. We remain committed to providing the same level of customer experience and service for both our cable and internet services.

How This Affects Your Subscription
Standalone SKYcable Subscribers only
- For active cable subscribers, your cable plan subscribed to prior to January 26, 2024 will resume on March 16, 2024. Your billing will also resume on March 16, 2024. You do not need to pay for your cable subscription from Jan 26 – March 15, 2024.
SKY Fiber Unli Broadband + HD Cable TV Subscribers (Bundle Subscribers):
For active bundle subscribers who opted in to a standalone SKY Fiber plan:- The bundled plan you were subscribed to prior to January 26, 2024 will continue and you will be billed accordingly. However, should you wish to convert to your chosen standalone SKY Fiber plan, kindly message us through our 24/7 virtual assistant, KYLA.
- No action required. You will continue to enjoy your bundled plan and will be billed accordingly.
Subscribers with advance payments or with credits in their previous billing statements:
- For active standalone SKYcable and bundled subscribers, we will apply the advance payments or credit adjustments on succeeding billing statements.
- Subscribers who have disconnected from their SKY service will continue to get their refunds. Kindly message us through our 24/7 virtual assistant KYLA to process the refund.

- Your HBO Go billing will resume effective March 16, 2024.
- You will not be billed for the period January 26 to March 15, 2024.
