Is this permanent? Are the channels coming back?

The channels will end their broadcast across Southeast Asia and Hong Kong permanently.

Are there going to be pricing adjustments due to the loss of Disney-FOX channels?

Yes, we will adjust the pricing of several affected plans and offers due to the loss of channels effective October 1, 2021. Please check your October billing statement for your new monthly rate.

Are there going to be pricing adjustments for Select?

Affected Disney-FOX Select channels and packs will not be billed anymore effective October 1, 2021. The pricing of identified Select Packs with Disney-FOX channels will also be adjusted. Please check your October billing statement for your new monthly rate.

Is SKY going to replace these channels?

Rest assured we continue to engage our channel partners for new content. We will make announcements at the proper time.

I already paid for my subscription in advance. Will I get a refund?

Overpayment will automatically be credited in subscriber’s bill.

I have a pending adjustment for my subscription for September, will the new rate be used?

All movements done on the account before Oct 1, such as reversals, pending disputes and adjustments, will be based on old rate.
