- How long does my membership last?

Membership in the Kapamilya Thank You Program is valid for as long as you’re an active member.
You are considered an active member when you have received Kapamilya Thank You Points or have redeemed Kapamilya Gifts within the last 6 consecutive months. This does not include bonus points such as welcome points, birthday points or anniversary bonuses.
When you become inactive, all your Kapamilya Thank You points also expire. Once your Kapamilya Thank You points expire, they cannot be reinstated.
- How can I update my personal membership information?

Go to My Kapamilya Account > Basic Info
Update your profile and click “Save Changes”
- Can I deactivate my membership?

Yes, you can.
To deactivate your membership, simply go to the Transaction History Log page and turn off your membership.
You don’t lose your Kapamilya Thank You points when you deactivate your membership, but you stop receiving points while your membership is deactivated, and you won’t be able to use your points to redeem any Kapamilya Gifts.
When there is no activity on your account for 6 straight months, then your Kapamilya Thank You points will expire.
You can reactivate your membership at any time by simply going back to the Transaction History Log page and turning on your membership again.
- Will my Kapamilya Thank You Points expire?

Yes, Kapamilya Thank You points expire.
Kapamilya Thank You points will expire if you do not receive any Kapamilya Thank You points, or redeem any Kapamilya Gift in 6 straight months. This does not include bonus points such as welcome points, birthday points or anniversary bonuses.
Once your Kapamilya Thank You points expire, they cannot be reinstated.
- How can I check my Kapamilya Thank You points balance?

- Yes, you may visit https://thankyou.abs-cbn.com/gifts to redeem other rewards.
- How can I load to SKYdirect? Will I earn points for all types of transaction?
- Yes, you will earn points for all types of paid transactions.

- Will I earn points for promo plans and free days?
- You will earn points for paid transactions and subscriptions. Promo plans and free days won’t earn you points.
- Can I redeem a plan using my points and use it as 1st load?
- Yes, you may redeem a plan reward and use it as 1st load.
- Can I redeem a plan using my points even if I have an active plan already?

Yes, you may redeem a plan reward even if you have an active plan. Your active plan will be recomputed same way as the current rule.
Ex.
Active plan P99 with remaining 15 days
= P99/30 = P3.3 per day * 15 days = P49.5 balance
Then loaded P150
= P150 + P49.5 = P199.5
= P150/30 = P5 per day
= P199.5 / P5 = 40 days
The subscribers’ Plan 150 will be valid for 40 days instead of 30 days.
- Will I have free viewing after my plan reward expires?
- You will enjoy 15 days of free viewing of ABS-CBN and Knowledge Channel to give you time to load again.
- Can I redeem a Select reward even if I don’t have an active plan?
- You will need a plan (either purchased or redeemed) to redeem a Select reward.
- Can I redeem a Select channel reward even if I have the same Select channel subscription?
- Yes, your current Select channel subscription will just be extended to another 30 days upon successful redemption of the same Select channel reward.
- Can I redeem a PPV reward even if I don’t have an active plan?
- Yes, you may redeem a PPV reward even if you don’t have an active plan.
- What PPV will I be able to watch?
- For PPV30, you will be able to view the KBO channel for 7 days. You can watch whatever KBO offer will be playing within the 7-day period.
For PPV99, you will be able to view the KBO channel for 30 days. You can watch whatever KBO offer will be playing within the 30-day period.
- The SMS service is available only to SKYdirect Prepaid subscribers. SKYdirect Postpaid subscribers can check the list of available rewards at the Kapamilya Thank You website (thankyou.abs-cbn.com). Redemption for SKYdirect Postpaid subscribers must also be done through thankyou.abs-cbn.com.
- A registered user can enroll a maximum of 2 boxes. User can earn a maxumim of 60 points from enrollment of boxes to his/her Kapamilya Thank You account. (90 points including the 30 Welcome Points).
- A registered user can delete the SKYdirect boxes he/she enrolled from his account. Deletion of SKYdirect box IDs can only be done online. No SMS keyword will be created for this.
- If a registered user deletes one or more boxes that have earned box enrollment points from his/her Kapamilya Thank You account, another member who wishes to enroll these boxes will NOT get box enrollment points.
- To check gifts available for redemption, user must text GIFTS SKYDIRECT to 23663 or GIFTS SKYDIRECT2 also to 23663
- To redeem SKYdirect rewards or gifts, user must text REDEEM (Gift Code) (Digibox ID) to 23663 (Example: REDEEM SKY99KTY 67458493)
- Registered user must have sufficient Thank You Points to redeem a reward
- Registered user must have enough mobile load to use the REDEEM syntax
- Once the system confirms that the mobile number is registered and redemption is allowed by SKY, user will receive a reply that redemption is successful and redeemed reward will be activated in the SKYdirect Prepaid box nominated
- User’s mobile number must be registered or enrolled to Kapamilya Thank You to use the GIFTS and REDEEM keywords.
- Mobile number must be a primary number in the user’s Kapamilya Thank You account.
