Everything is A-OK with all the Latest Korean live shows and K-dramas on SKYcable

SKYcable is delighting K-fans eager to watch the latest and top rating shows straight from Korea. Catch them in these channels, K-Plus, TvN, KiX, MTV, and KBS World.


Leading the fresh line-up is K-Plus' "How Are U Bread" which stars EXO's main vocalist, Suho and Memorist's " Lee Se Young. The drama follows the tale of Han Do-Woo (Suho), whose bakery becomes the talk of the town because people believe that the breads he makes grant people's wishes. After learning of this mystery, screenwriter No Mi- Rae (Lee Se Young) needs to persuade Han Do-Woo to be in the show she is a part of or else she could get fired. Find out if she can get him into the show and if the mystery is true every Sunday, 9:15 PM.


For the first time, Ji Hyun Woo and Kim So Eun star in a romance drama titled "Lonely Enough to Love," which premieres this August 12 (Wednesday) on K-Plus, 9:15 PM. Teens can relate to this drama as it depicts the lives of housemates in their 20s to 30s who don’t want anything serious but also do not want to be alone.


On top of these new offerings are a number of on-going series K-drama fans can watch out for in KBS World. The 2020 show, "Memorials," revolves around an office drama between Koo SeRa (Nana) who wants to run as a district representative and Park Seo KongMyung (SungHoon) who gets demoted to the information desk of the Public Service Center. Watch how the two team-ups up to push corrupt politicians every Thursday and Friday, 9:10 PM.


Meanwhile, airing every Tuesday and Wednesday, 9:10 PM on KBS is "Men are Men," which follows the story of Seo Hyun-Joo (Hwang Jung-Eum), a leader of a webcomic planning team who vowed to remain single all her life. However, things get complicated when two men confess their love for her.


Another series to catch-up on from Tuesday to Friday, 11:50 PM is KBS World's "Uncontrollably Fond." It is a story of childhood sweethearts Shin Joon-Young (Kim Woo-Bin) and No Eul (Bae Suzy) who get separated and heartbroken. Can their love can be rekindled?


"Live,” which airs every Tuesday and Wednesday, 9:35 PM on TvN follows the exploits of police officers, their lives outside their profession and the crimes they solve.


Aside from dramas, viewers can also watch out for live Korean shows, MTV's "The Show," "KBS World’s KBS Music Bank," and K-Plus' "Show Champion."

Viewers also get to enjoy what's hot in the world of K-pop with high-energy performances from the latest chart-toppers and newcomers, and backstage footages of hit Korean singers in "The Show," every Tuesday, 5 PM on MTV.

 

They can also follow the latest trend in the Korean music scene through K-chart, a summary of the week's hottest songs, on "KBS Music Bank" every Friday, 4pm on KBS World.

 

Also watch K-pop stars perform live in "Show Champion's" music stage every Saturday, 6:45 PM on K-Plus.


Adding to the list of must-sees are Korean reality shows. In TvN's “I-Land Part 2,” 23 participants need to survive living in a remote area for more than 100 days. See who remains on top this season. Catch its premiere on August 20 (Thursday), 11 PM.


In TvN's "Summer Vacation," Jung Yu-mi and Choi Woo-shik team up to go to unique home vacations in different places away from the city in summer. Watch it every Wednesday, 11 PM and Saturdays, 9 PM.


Like "Summer Vacation, "Traveler," which airs every Saturday, 10:30 PM on K-Plus is also a travel reality program but now focuses on backpacking adventures. In the first season, Ryu Jun-yeol and Lee Je-hoon travel to Cuba to experience its culture and food.


Watch your favorite Korean idol groups like SEVENTEEN, MONSTA X, MOMOLAND and SF9 in a different situation as they battle each other through different sports like archery, track and field, pitching and more in the "2020 Idol Star Athletics Championships" every Tuesday, 10 PM on KiX.


Discover the hidden charms of your favorite Korean singers in "Weekly Idol" every Sunday, 8 PM on K-Plus. In the show, the idols are challenged through a variety of games that brings out their real personality.


Meanwhile, famous Korean actors, hosts, and sports personalities take on the challenge of "The Return of Superman” every Sunday, 6 PM on KBS World. Watch their journey with their children without the support of the mom and how these experiences made them closer to their kids.
