Masskara Festival on SKY FreeView

The MassKara Festival is Bacolod City’s annual festival with highlights held every fourth Sunday of October. The full-face mask motif is a prominent feature of the festival and is always adorned with smiling faces, giving rise to Bacolod being called the "City of Smiles". This year is the 40th anniversary of MassKara and features a street dance competition with participants from school and barangay levels. Other major activities include the MassKara Queen beauty pageant, a night parade called Electric MassKara, drum and bugle corps competitions, food festivals, sports events, musical concerts, agriculture-trade fairs, garden shows, and other special events.

Bacolod City viewers can tune in to Channel 32 on October 24, 2019 starting at 7PM for the Miss MassKara Queen delayed broadcast.
