If you have a previous SkyOnDemand player, you need to uninstall all previous versions. Follow the steps below to uninstall.- Go to Control Panel and click on "Uninstall a Program"
- Uninstall ALL SkyOnDemand Players.
- Ensure that all files associated are deleted.
Go to:- My Computer
- Drive (C:) or Local Disk (C:)
- Program Files or Program Files (x86)
- Look for the SkyOnDemandPlayer folder.
- Download and install the latest SKY On Demand Player here.
