WHO ARE QUALIFIED TO JOIN

1. Promo is open to all SKY Subscribers with One Sky, SKYCable, and SKYDirect plans.
   1. Must have HBO or HBO HITS channel in their basic cable TV or direct-to-home plan
   2. Subscribers with HBO GO are also eligible to join.
   3. For postpaid subscribers, account must be active during the promo period, and at the time of prize redemption; For prepaid subscribers, account must have a prepaid plan with HBO channel during the promo period, and at the time of prize redemption
   4. At least 21 years of age
   5. A passport valid during the promo duration until August 2019 (Travel period is from March 3, 2019 to March 6, 2019)
   6. A US Visa valid during the promo duration, and six (6) months after the travel period (Travel period is from March 3, 2019 to March 6, 2019)
   7. Prospect travel companion must also be at least 21 years of age, and have a passport and US Visa valid from promo duration and during the travel period (Travel period is from March 3, 2019 to March 6, 2019)
2. Interested participants who are not the account owner may still join provided that he/she can present the account owner’s formal authorization letter, valid ID and Statement of Account.
3. Sky Cable Corporation employees, its agencies, and affiliates including their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promo.

PRIZE

1. One (1) winning SKY subscriber will enjoy the following during the travel period on March of 2019:

2. Tax for the prizes will be shouldered by HBO.
3. Local travel expenses going to Manila for two (2) will be shouldered by HBO if winner will come from areas outside Metro Manila, Rizal, Cavite, Laguna and Bulacan. Other expenses related to the redemption of prize such meals and local transportation within Metro Manila, Rizal, Cavite, Laguna and Bulacan shall be on the account of the winner.
4. Other expenses not mentioned in the list of prizes are on the account of the winner.
5. Red Carpet Bleacher Seat passes are not available for sale and have no retail value. Passes do not include admittance to the Academy Awards® Ceremony, nor entrance into the theater.
6. Travel dates that will be set are fixed and non-negotiable.
7. Prize is transferable but not convertible to cash or gift items.

HOW TO JOIN

1. All interested and qualified SKY subscribers should tune in to HBO and HBO HITS from February 10, 2018 to on March 11, 2018 and watch out for the contest bug in select movies.
2. Upon seeing the bug, interested participants must now go to the official promo page at www.mysky.com.ph/oscars to fill-out entry form containing the following:
   1. Name the movie you saw with the contest bug.
   2. What do you like most about the movie (50 words or less).
3. On the official promo page, participant should also fill out the following to be able to submit his/her entry form:
   1. E-mail address
   2. Account Number / SKYdirect Box ID
   3. Account First Name
   4. Account Last Name
   5. Participant’s First Name
   6. Participant’s Last Name
   7. Participant’s relationship to the Account owner
   8. Participant’s Birthdate
   9. Landline
   10. Mobile number
   11. Area
   12. I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions.
   13. I have a passport and US Visa valid until August 2019. (With tick box.)
4. After successful submission, participant gets one raffle entry.
5. SKY Cable Corporation, with guidance from DTI, will judge entries based on the following criteria:
   1. 50%- Creativity – (Uniqueness of answer, play on words, sentence construction, appeal to the reader/audience)
   2. 50%- Context/Relevance to Oscars (Adherence to the award winning body, close relation to the movies shown on HBO and HBO Hits)

HOW TO WIN

1. Subscribers can submit as much entries as he/she wants as long as each entry pertains to a different movie.
2. All qualified entries will now be subject to judging on March 30, 2018, 5PM at the Sky Cable Corporation Head Office – 6/F ELJ Communications Center, ABS-CBN Compound, Mother Ignacia Street, Quezon City.
3. Judges are as follows:

4. Only one (1) winner will be chosen.

ANNOUNCEMENT & NOTIFICATION OF WINNER

1. Winner will be announced and notified from April 6 to 27, 2018.
2. Announcement of winner will be posted on SKY’s Facebook fan page and official promo page.
3. Notification of winner will be made via phone call and registered mail.

REDEMPTION OF PRIZE

1. Redemption of prize and verification of winner’s documents shall be held at any of the following SKY offices nearest to the winner’s residence:
