Promo Mechanics:

1. Offer is open to all residential SKY Fiber subscribers nationwide.
   1. Active SKY Fiber subscribers are defined as those of which do not have any outstanding balance/s during the time of promo period until redemption of actual promo prizes.
2. Promo runs from October 11 to November 30, 2021
3. During the promo period, all active SKY Fiber Subscribers who participate in the SKY Fiber Freemiums Survey inside the AirConsole platform has a chance to win the following prizes:
   1. Major Prize: One (1) Winner of an iPad Mini
   2. Minor Prizes:
      1. Fifteen (15) Winners of SODEXO GCs worth P2,500 each
      2. Five (5) Winners of JBL Wave In-Ear Headphones
4. To participate in the promo, the SKY Fiber subscriber must go and play on AirConsole using their SKY Fiber subscription address, and a window right after the game will pop-up to ask if they would like to participate in the survey. Once they have filled out completely all the information needed on the form, this will count as one (1) raffle entry.
5. The SKY Fiber subscriber must completely fill-out the details asked from the survey to become eligible for the raffle draw – this includes the official SKY Account Number used in their billing as a SKY Fiber subscriber, along with their complete contact details such as their Mobile Number and Email Address.
6. Winners may only win once in the raffle draw.
7. There will be only 1 Raffle draw for this promo, to be held on December 2, 2021, at 10:00 to 11:00am, done online and a day after the closing of entries, with the presence of a DTI representative.
8. affle prizes are transferrable but cannot be exchanged with cash or other SKY Fiber or SKYcable items or services.
9. Prizes are tax free (20% tax exceeding P10,000 will be shouldered by SKY Cable Corporation).
10. The raffle winner will be notified via their given mobile number on the survey, and an official notification letter via their provided email address.
11. Winners may claim their prizes at the SKYzone ELJ: Ground Floor, ELJ Communications Center Mother Ignacia Avenue, Quezon City.
12. Winners must present the following when claiming their prize at SKY’s head office:
    1. At least two (2) valid IDs (e.g. Passport, SSS, Driver’s License)
    2. Proof of SKY Fiber Billing (from their most recent billing statement)
    3. Printed email notification of their winning raffle entry
13. Redemption period is up to 60 days from end of promo period.
14. All employees of SKY Cable Corporation and its accredited service providers, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are disqualified from joining this promo.
